Against the room
Across all 161 people who answered, Confusion Tolerance came out lowest at 4.05. It was the only trait anywhere below 4.2, and the weakest trait for 57 per cent of the room. Rooms rarely fail for lack of ideas. They fail because someone needs the discomfort to stop.
Your room
A group does not create at its average. It creates at its floor, because the lowest trait in the room is the one that shuts the others down. Set the sliders to how your colleagues actually behave and watch what happens to the number.
